Publisher terms
These terms apply to every publisher account, next to the general terms, the privacy policy and the ad policy. Effective from 2026-10-26.
Account and verification
You sign up with your email and a one time code and give your name or company details, which you confirm are true. Your acceptance of these terms and the version accepted are recorded with the time.
Sites
You may add only sites you control. You prove ownership with a file, a meta tag or a DNS TXT record. Each site is reviewed by a person and may be approved or rejected. A site must be for adults only and must follow the ad policy. We may remove a site at any time for a breach.
Traffic rules
You must not generate impressions or clicks by bots, scripts, hidden or forced clicks, incentives, bought traffic or any other artificial means. You must pass the visitor consent decision to the placement code where the law requires consent.
Revenue share
You receive 70 percent of the revenue campaigns spend on valid impressions, clicks and conversions measured on your placements. The remainder covers the network. The share may change for the future with notice in your panel and does not change earnings already counted.
Fraud filter and reserve
Traffic that fails our checks is not counted. Earnings become available for payout after 30 days so that late detected fraud and chargebacks can be deducted. If traffic is found invalid after counting, the amount is deducted from your balance.
Payouts
The minimum payout is $50.00. Methods are USDT, Paxum and bank transfer. You request a payout in your panel and we approve and send it by hand. You pay any fees charged by your own bank or wallet. Wrong payout details given by you are your responsibility.
Suspension and closing
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. Balances earned from valid traffic are paid out, minus amounts owed for invalid traffic. Balances earned from invalid traffic are not paid.
Liability
We do not promise any traffic, fill rate or income. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount we paid you in the three months before the event.
