Advertiser terms
These terms apply to every advertiser account, next to the general terms, the privacy policy and the ad policy. Effective from 2026-10-26.
Account and verification
You sign up with your email and a one time code and give your name or company details. You confirm that they are true and that you are at least 18 and can enter a contract. Your acceptance of these terms and the version accepted are recorded with the time.
Creatives and review
Every creative is reviewed by a person before it runs. We may reject, pause or remove any creative or campaign that breaks the ad policy or the law. You are responsible for your creatives, your destination pages and for the consent of everyone shown.
Prepayment
Budgets are prepaid. The minimum payment is $100.00 and is credited to your ad account balance after the payment is confirmed. Campaigns spend from the balance and stop when it is used. We do not extend credit. You receive a payment confirmation with an invoice number.
Billing and measurement
You pay per impression, click or conversion as set in your campaign. Our systems measure the traffic. Traffic that fails our fraud checks is not charged. Our records are used for billing.
Refunds of unused balance
You may ask for a refund of the unused balance in your panel. We return it in the same kind of currency it was paid in, after deducting payment network costs and any amounts owed because of fraud or breaches. Spent budget is not refunded. Refunds are reviewed and sent by hand.
Prohibited conduct
You must not advertise prohibited content, mislead visitors, generate artificial clicks or conversions or use the network for anything illegal.
Suspension and closing
We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. You may stop at any time and ask for a refund of the unused balance. Where the account was closed for a serious breach, we may keep the balance to cover costs and losses.
Liability
We do not promise a number of impressions, clicks, fans or any income. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event.
