Privacy policy
This policy explains which data the NsfwAds ad network collects, why, and what rights you have.
Data we collect
- Account data: your email address, the role you chose, your platform and site address and the description you wrote.
- Sign in data: a one time code, stored only as a hash and removed after use or expiry, and the time of your last sign in.
- Contact data: the message you send through the contact form.
- Measurement data: when the widget is shown or clicked we count the event with a short, non reversible visitor token built from the connection and browser details and the hour. We do not store the IP address in the event record.
Why we use it
To review applications, to let you sign in, to run the widget and report impressions and clicks to publishers and advertisers, to prevent fraud and abuse and to answer your messages. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and storage
We use a session cookie that is needed to sign in and to protect forms. Your browser keeps one value that remembers your answer to the age question. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that host the site and send email, only as needed to run it. Publishers and advertisers see the aggregated counts that belong to their own ads. We disclose data where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep account data while the account exists and for a limited time afterwards to handle disputes and legal duties. Measurement events are kept as long as they are needed for billing and reports.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of its use, and you may object to processing. Write to us from the contact page. Where the law gives you the right to complain to a supervisory authority, you may do so.
Age
The site and the network are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
