Terms of service
These terms govern your use of nsfwads.com and the NsfwAds ad network. By applying you accept them.
Who may use the network
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract. The network is for adult creators who advertise and for adult sites that publish ads. We may refuse or close any account.
Accounts
You sign in with your email and a one time code. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Applications are reviewed by hand and approval is at our discretion.
Advertisers
You confirm that you own or may promote the profile you advertise, that everyone shown is an adult who consented, and that your ads follow the ad content rules. Billing is per click, impression or sale. Prices, payment methods and payment terms are shown before a campaign starts and apply from the moment you accept them.
Publishers
You confirm that your site is for adults only and that you may place the widget on it. You must not generate clicks or impressions by artificial means, by deceptive design or by traffic bought for that purpose. Traffic that we judge invalid is not counted and not paid. Payout terms are confirmed with each approved publisher.
Content
The ad content rules are part of these terms. We may review, reject, pause or remove any ad, site or account that breaks them or the law.
Measurement
Impressions, clicks and sales are counted by our systems. Our counts are used for billing and reports. We may exclude traffic that looks automated or fraudulent.
Availability and liability
The network is provided as is. We do not promise a number of impressions, clicks, fans or any income. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event.
Changes and ending
You may stop using the network at any time. We may change these terms for the future and will publish the new version on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
